Visa + Combo
Visa is one of the most popular credit card brands in the world. It is respected for the quality of service it provides its clients, and for the attention it devotes to its’ employees as well. Visa called on us to launch a website to be used internally by personnel.
Where did we get started?
Visa needed a web platform to facilitate keeping employees at all levels updated. They wanted an accessible site, that would be easy to surf and highly functional, without losing the motivation employees had on their work.
What were we looking for?
Combo was going to develop and redesign the intranet of Visa, promoting all of
its benefits, functions and potential. We hoped to position the site in a positive way and to have users quickly achieve familiarity with its design and contents. We proposed that users understand and respect that the intranet is a tool to do administrative work and not for personal use.
How did we do it?
We thought the best way to get close to future intranet users would be through a simple and attractive concept called “Visa Click”. The promise was that everything could be solved at the click of a button. One could ask for time off, could print out or pay bills, sign up for yoga or running classes, consult pay timetables, find out shift changes, update the database, everything necessary to keep organized on the job.
What did we achieve?
Visa Click became the new way to keep employees informed and facilitated educating them to understand more about the levels of command within the company. Through a friendly interface and easy web surfing, the users counted on Visa Click to keep them abreast of the latest news and opportunities. |
